ocr: GAME FORMAT INTRIGUE is a game in which 7 players assume the roles of leaders of nations and attempt to control the "world". For example, in the WWI scenario the nations are - France, England, Germany, Austria, Russia, and Turkey. The map contains 80 regions which are classified as either land or sea. 35 of these regions contain major cities (aà), each capable of maintaining exactly one army (éa) or exactly one navy (Çi).
